What is NOT included?

Your flight, meals off-site from the retreat villa, and race registration are not included.

What is the Reggae Run Fest?

The Reggae Run Fest is an exciting race with multiple distances to choose from. For 2024, they are offering a half marathon, 10k, and 5k. We will find out in early 2025 which distances will be offered, and you’ll be notified with enough time to train if it’s extended to a full marathon. Once we finish our races, there’s a lively after party on the beach with live reggae music! Check the website for more info: Reggae Marathon

Do I have to be a runner/run in the Reggae Run Fest?

While this retreat is geared towards runners, you don’t have to be a runner or commit to running in the Reggae Run Fest! All wellness sessions will be runner-specific, as will goody bags. We hope that if you’re not running, you come out to cheer for your fellow retreat-mates!

Do I have to attend all sessions?

Nope! Wellness sessions are completely optional, but highly encouraged. You won’t want to miss out on knowledge from seasoned professionals!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Make sure that you indicate this on your intro survey so that we can make our chef aware. We will be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. This is a taper week, so meals will be carb heavy.

When is the final payment due?

A $500 deposit via Venmo, Zelle, or credit card via Square Pay will hold your spot on the retreat. The remainder of your balance must be submitted by July 1, 2025.

What if I change my mind?

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid will be refunded. Please also consider: all itineraries are subject to change due to weather, excursions and delays.

What if I want a shared room but I’m not coming with a friend?

If you’re coming solo but would like a shared room, we will pair you with someone! You’ll find out within 2 weeks of the retreat who you will be rooming with.

What should I pack?

We will spend a lot of time at the retreat castle, so think clothes you like to lounge in and running clothes for the wellness sessions. When off the premises, feel free to bring swimwear, pants or shorts, and casual dresses. You may also want to choose a cute vacation outfit to use for your personal photoshoot. We will send out a more thorough packing list as the date gets closer

Where do I have to fly into?

Our transportation will cover arrivals/departures to and from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (MBJ). Please forward us your flight information so that we can arrange transportation. If you are arriving elsewhere on the island, you will need to arrange your own transportation.

Do I need a visa or vaccines?

If you have recently traveled to a country with Yellow Fever, you will need to show proof of a vaccine. Otherwise, visas and vaccines are not required when traveling to Jamaica.

Please make sure you have a valid passport that expires AFTER July 1st, 2026.
